What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our curated furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. Custom-made or oversized items may take between 3-5 weeks depending on your location and the specific artisan workshop.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Vybe Interior ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal. You can also log into your Vybe Interior account to view real-time updates.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture items come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
